Attributed to Giacomo Franchini and Pietro Bigaglia(Italian, 19th century), mid-19th century. Three Venetian miniature lampwork art glass scent bottles; the tallest in ovoid, hexagonal-ribbed form, multicolored with black glass, silver aventurine, deep cranberry, flecks of orange and yellow fitted with a patterned hinged brass top inset with central faceted glass emerald jewel opening to cork and black glass stopper, the brass collar mounted with suspensory chains and finger/chatelaine ring. The second bottle circular flattened form with black glass decorated with seven dove and rose canes, aventurine and foil, fitted with a patterned hinged brass top inset with central faceted glass ruby jewel opening to cork and black glass stopper, the brass collar mounted with suspensory chains and hook. The third bottle a miniature in black glass with decorated with roses, enameling and aventurine. Apparently none of the bottles marked. Approximate height of tallest bottle with chain 4.5". Approximate height of second bottle with chain 5.75". Approximate height of miniature bottle 1.25"
