Austrian, late 19th century. A gilt bronze and hand painted and enameled music box in the form of a miniature table, depicting a romantic pastoral scene of a flirting shepherd and a shepherdess, surrounded by sheep in a fall landscape, with gilt bronze legs and a scrolled rococo style skirt and incurvate legs, with two matching chairs, each enameled with a minstrel and a lady. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 2.125", width 4", depth 3".
