Figural bust length portrait painting with chiaroscuro handling of light, depicting a rosy cheeked girl with raven hair upswept into golden headscarf. Framed approximately 24.75" x 20". Unframed approximately 18" x 14". Note: Alternative artist spellings include "Theodora Alice Ruggles", "Theodora Alice Ruggles Kitson", "Tho. A. R. Kitson" and "Theo Alice Ruggles".
