A group of 27 typed, signed and handwritten letters from Katharine Hepburn to Jack Larson and/or James Bridges. The letters are typed on her personal stationery and dated from 1986 to 1997. Five of the letters are handwritten, including one from 1993 to Larson regarding Bridges' death that reads "oh dear - what can I say - you must be so sad - I hope you know how many thoughts are flying your way - love Kate." Two of the letters are signed by Christiane McCloskey for Hepburn. Most are accompanied by the original transmittal envelopes.
