20th century. Scotch whiskey liquor porcelain barrel or cask with gilt and blue banding flanking at top and bottom central decoration of ribbon with "S. WHISKY" surrounded by hand painted flowers (red poppies & blue hydrangeas) on white ground. Barrel or alcohol dispenser with metal spigot at bottom and removable circular lid at top. Bottom marked with "B 21 X". Approximate height 15.5".
