Renaissance style stained mahogany bedstead, the headboard with continuous dentil molding and projecting corners over a paneled frieze cared with rinceau on a stippled ground above a large centered foliate medallion, the shaped footboard with foliate finials over a centered cherubic mask flanked to each side by pierced carved scrolled acanthus, raised on paw feet. Headboard height 67", width 71.75", depth 5.25". Footboard height 40.5".
