After Pierre Oliver Joseph Coomans (Belgian, 1816-1889). A pair of late 19th/ early 20th century hand colored lithographs comprising of "La Voix De La Mern - The Voice of the Sea" depicting classical Roman women in robes atop a mountain beside a columned structure; and "Chants du Ciel - Nature's Songs" depicting two classical Roman women in patterned drapery sitting in a tree in front of a columned rotunda. Each inscribed within plate lower left "Coomans Pinx" and lower right "Barry Lith", imprinting and publication details at bottom referencing Lemercier in Paris, France. Framed 32" x 26", unframed sight size 25" x 18.75".
