A katana sword of traditional form comprising long chagreen handle or tsuka, with dark green cotton tsuka-ito, maru gata tsuba and maru mimi, gold inlaid fuchi, floral motif menuki, chased copper habaki, and curving o-suriage steel blade, the carved wood scabbard with faux bois wood grain exterior and green silken sageo. Overall approximate length in saya 36.5". Blade length approximately 25".
