Dunthorne & Son5 Vigo SW", inscribed indistinctly in print at lower right, with graphite inscription to verso "L'Arcade de la Cadene at St. Emilion Southwestern France", depicting a busy street scene with men wheeling barrels along the cobblestone, with a woman carrying a basket down the narrow city street with tall buildings overhead; and "Pont St. Etienne, Limoges", drypoint etching on paper, signed in print "Hedley Fitton", signed in graphite in lower margin "Hedley Fitton", depicting a multi-arched bridge over sleepy river, with horses watering while women do laundry at the riverbank in the foreground, the river with small wooden boats manned by fishermen, with a hillside town crested by a large church on the far bank of the river.
