Japanese, late 19th/ early 20th century. A pair of fine cloisonne table vases with domical foot issuing cylindrical body with incurvate neck, flaring rim, and applied loop handles to shoulder, each covered in a dark green ground and decorated with complimentary intricate designs of swirling leaves around clusters of geometric patterning. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 12.135", width across handles 6.5", diameter of foot 4.375".
