American, mid-20th century. "Desert Tree", parcel gilt bronze with verde gris patination, apparently unsigned. Brutalist sculpture in the style of Curtis Jeré (American, founded 1964) depicting a tree with welded leaves with verdigris patination, the tree with spindly roots and branches, with organically rendered naturalistic landscape base. Overall approximately 8.25" x 16.5" x 10".
