American, 20th century. A Federal style walnut buffet deux corps, with a line inlaid pediment and banded cornice over a pair of grille inset doors with painted gilt molded edges, the interior fitted with shelves, the lower portion with two overhanging drawers, each with diamond-form line inlay, atop a two concave paneled cabinet doors, each inset with brass, flanked on either side by applied columns with brass mounted Corinthian capitals, opening to reveal interior shelves, and tapered feet ending in brass toe caps. With two sliders and brass knobs. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 82.5", width 48", depth 17".
