of rectangular form, the hinged top mounted with a gilt metal cipher, opening to a vacant interior. Width 6 3/4 inches. In good, stable and complete condition overall. The hinged top with scattered deposits of a black grime to isolated areas of the border and the cipher. The hinged top does not lie completely flush at the two front corners. Then hinges are intact and the casket opens and closes smoothly. The upholstered sides and underside are in good condition, having general light wear consistent with use.
