peter grumbine, waynesboro, pa having a broken arch pediment with three spherical finials over the painted dial with Arabic hours and minutes, further inset with moon-phase, date and seconds dials, set in a straight trunk with glazed door and quarter round ring turned banding. Height 97 inches. Property from the Collection of Dr. Walter Garst, Miami, Florida Clock accepts winding, runs and strikes, but has not been reviewed by a clock specialist. No apparent modifications to seat board. Trunk's door glass has been replaced. Hood's glass appears original. Scratches, discolorations, dings and a few age cracks consistent with age. With weights and pendulum.
