20th century each of oval form, having a floral branch handle and painted to show a highly realistic botanical specimen, the underside with the underglaze blue waves mark and the Royal Copenhagen transfer printed mark. Width 9 3/4 inches. Property from the Estate of Rita Dee Hassenfeld, Palm Beach, Florida In good, stable and complete condition overall. Minor chip to one of the leaves issuing from the yellow rose on one branch-form handle, together with a minor crack where a leaf meets the purple flower on the same handle. Minor wear to the gilt accents. Examination under UV light reveals no evidence of restoration or repair.
