Mino Maccari (Italian, 1898-1989) Serra e Padrone N. 1 Signed "Maccari" l.l., titled and dated "1960" on a label on the stretcher. Oil on canvas, 12 x 15 3/4 in. (30.0 x 40.0 cm), framed (under glass). Condition: Small puncture to canvas l.l. corner, surface grime, not examined out of frame. Provenance: By descent to the current New Jersey estate. N.B. Identified on labels from the "Galleria il Canale, Venezia" and "Galleria San Carlo, Roma" on the reverse.
