To Nash Legrand, Navy Agent for the port of Norfolk, Virginia, requisitioning old canvas and suitable spars for schooner building be sent along to the Washington Navy Yard aboard the first vessel or steam boat leaving from Norfolk to Washington, docketed on verso, signs of old mount, old folds, some toning, matted and framed, 9 3/4 x 7 3/4 in.
