Gideon Cohen (American, 1894-1989) Music Room, Fenway Court . Unsigned, titled and inscribed on the frame backing board. N.B. Noted for his paintings of favorite landmarks in the Boston and Cambridge area, Gideon Cohen is known to have painted at least two interiors of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, this view of the Music Room and a large triptych rendering of the courtyard gardens.
