Set of Six Painted and Decorated Side Chairs, New York or Pennsylvania, 1820-30, the rectangular curving crests above the similar splats and plank seats which have rolled front rails above splayed tapering legs joined by turned stretchers, old black ground paint with yellow accents and a white flower and shell centrally placed on the crests and seats, ht. 30 5/8, seat ht. 17 1/2 in.
