Paneled Pine Stand-up Desk, New England, late 18th/early 19th century, the hinged lid with molded lip opens to an interior of eight valanced compartments separated by scrolling dividers above four small drawers and an open well over a molded strip, a single drawer and two raised panel doors which open to a single shelved interior above a straight front skirt joined to the double arched side skirts, old refinish, late 19th century graining on one side, (some hardware changes, losses), ht. 48, wd. 38 1/2, dp. 20 3/4 in.
