"View of the Victory obtained by the British Fleet, Commanded by Admiral Sir John Jervis KB over the Grand Fleet of Spain off Cape St. Vincent on the 24th of February 1797", hand colored engraving originally published in 1797 in London, inscribed below image lower right "Painted and engraved by R. Dodd". Maritime engraving depicting the a wide view of the British fleet of ships afloat in a clouded ocean, sails and flags flying high. Framed approximately 33.5" x 42.75", sight size approximately 19" x 28".
