Classical Tiger Maple Child's Secretaire Abattant, Pennsylvania, 1830-40, the rectangular top overhangs a frieze drawer flanked by tapering columns which terminate in turned tapering feet, framing the hinged lid which opens to a fitted interior composed of open valanced compartments on five small drawers all above three drawers, the case ends have recessed panel sides, old refinish, some original pulls, (minor imperfections), ht. 45 1/2, wd. 33 3/4, dp. 15 1/2 in.
