English George III Mahogany Mantel Clock, late 18th/early 19th century, with single train verge escapement movement, silvered brass dial engraved with floral sprigs and signed above the chapter ring for Robert Ramsey, Bathgate, backplate also engraved with florals, case with flat topped pediment with brass ball finial with Greek key girdle, ogee molding to top and bottom edge, arched glazed front and rear doors, raised on ogee bracket feet, ht. 15 1/2, wd. 9 1/2, dp. 7 1/2 in.
