Seven Carved Canes, America and/or Asia, 19th and 20th century, two with twig spurs on the shaft, one with curved handle, the other with silver metal cap; one polychrome painted cane with figural carvings including an eagle, lizard, and snake; one with a carved ivory handle in the shape of a man's head with incised diagrams showing "...FOUR KINDS ACUPUNCTURE POINTS," heightened with blue and red; one with natural curved handle carved with the head of a woman; one with knob handle with a carved head of a black man and three swellings on the shaft; the last with carved pierced handle and wavy sectional carved shaft, (age cracks), lg. 34 1/2-41 in.
