Hancock, John (1737-1793) and Adams, Samuel (1722-1803), Signed partially printed document, February 1st, 1792, two pages, appointing George Richard Minot of Boston as a Probate Court Judge for the county of Suffolk, countersigned on verso by John Avery, the oath attestation signed by Samuel Adams and with a Treasury Office receipt signed by Thomas Dawes, folio, framed, (with minor fold weakness and minor separation, central small loss largely not affecting text, iron gall burn to Hancock's signature).
