G. bisque head impressed 210 , closed mouth, fixed bright-blue eyes, pierced ears, original curly white mohair wig, rare Polichinelle papier-mache body with front and back humps and bisque hands, standing on velvet-covered base with flattened bun feet and single-air cylinder movement causing the figure to turn his head and raise a bouquet of flowers in his right hand, in original elaborate costume of alternating gold and peach satin panels trimmed with gold Dresden paper, metal thread braid and lace, upturned shoes, and tricorn hat, ht. 16 in., under later glass dome.
