Blue Zircon and Diamond Necklace, 1940, set with large circular-cut blue zircons measuring approx. 21.80 x 14.60 mm, and 12.45 x 8.00 mm, further set with old European-cut diamonds, suspended from a knife-edge bar chain spaced by old European and old single-cut diamond scrolls, approx. total diamond wt. 6.93 cts., white gold mount, lg. 2 1/8, 17 3/4 in. Chain approx. total diamond wt. 3.22 cts., pendant 3.71 cts. Zircons with abrasions along facets and nicks. Larger zircon with inclusion reaching to surface. Evidence of gold solder on reverse.
