Two Meissen Porcelain Cherub Figures, late 19th/early 20th century, comprising a figure of a seated cherub making hot chocolate beside a small cook fire, ht. 4 3/8, and a motto figure, seated beside a column with his bow and quiver, the motto reading "Las de vaincre je me repose," ht. 5 in., gilt accenting throughout both. both with 1st quality marks - chocolate maker in very good condition throughout; motto figure possibly has had small chips retouched to the ends of the arrows in the quiver; no other apparent restorations, chips or cracks.
