Four Piece German . 800 Silver Tea and Coffee Set with Associated Salver, early 20th century, the tea set comprising cylindrical coffeepot, tea kettle on stand with burner, covered sugar, and creamer, all stamped with roundels of cherubs at various pursuits, and accented with husk swags, coffeepot ht. 8 1/4, together with a similar silver salver, rectangular, with rounded corners, husk edge, rim applied with cast panels of cavorting cherubs, lg. 16 5/8 in., approx. 138 troy oz. total. teaset with age/surface wear and tarnish. traces of german half moon and .800 mark, but mainly obliterated and "sterling" added.
