Pair of Victorian Silver and Glass Claret Jugs, London, 1842, Rawlins & Sumner, makers, balustroid colorless glass body cut to neck with lappets with surface frosting, over paneled base, with silver neck band, lid, and short spout decorated with fruiting grapevines, with grapevine handle, and grape leaf girdle, ht. 11 in. both with lid finials repaired at join to lid, and one finial recast and replaced with goldtone metal. both with light fleabites. one with chips to edge of base.
