Custom made pearl enhancer with large South Sea cultured pearl in drop shape (grade A, cream white color, approximatley 14. 5 x 15.75mm) with 30 modern round brilliant cut diamonds (approximately 0.45 carat total weight, clarity: Si2-I1, color range: H-I). Unmarked but tested as 18k quality. Pearl enhancer measures approximately 1.5" tall. Total weight approximately 10.3 grams.
