Three Silk Needlework Pictures Depicting Faith, Hope, and Charity, probably England, early 19th century, figural depictions of the three theological virtues worked in silk and chenille threads and paint on a silk ground, (imperfections), sight sizes 12 x 9 3/4 and 18 x 14 3/4 in. , housed under eglomise mats and molded giltwood frames. All have some toning, "Charity with a unobtrusive tear along the main figure''s arm and staff.
