Child's Paint-decorated Tablet-top Settee with Matching Side Chair and Rocking Chair Pennsylvania, possibly Lehigh County, c. 1825-30, the backs freehand decorated with seashells, fruit and flowers, (imperfections, one rocker replaced), ht. 21, seat ht. 10 in, settee 33 in. Note: Undersides of seats stenciled with a bird motif and name, possibly of the maker. paint loss, especially on the seat of the settee, rocking cahir with one replaced rocker, settee with wear at top of tablet and on stretchers.
