Ferdinand Heilbuth (French, 1826-1889) A Stroll on the Grounds Monogram signature "FHeilbuth" l. r., Paris canvas stencil on the reverse. Oil on canvas, 22 1/2 x 36 1/2 in. (57.0 x 92.5 cm), framed. Condition: Scattered retouch, unobtrusive surface grime, craquelure. Retouch is scatttered dashes and very small areas of light wash throughout with a few small areas. Craquelure predominately in areas of sky with some very gentle lifting. The work would probably benefit from a gentle cleaning.
