Continental School, 20th century. "Sleigh Ride", oil on canvas, signed lower right "Mainky". Whimsical painting depicting a figural group at center with four passengers in a wooden sleigh at left drawn forward by three horses at center harnessed to the sleigh, the horses galloping through a snowy field away from a cluster of buildings at left, with pinkish white clouds in the blue sky above. Framed approximately 29.75" x 37.25", unframed approximately 24" x 32.25".
