Plains Pictographic Ceramic Pitcher, painted by Fort Marion Prisoner Bears Heart, Cheyenne, last quarter 19th century, the small commercial form painted with a warrior on horseback on one side, a buffalo on the reverse, with geometric details and "Bears Heart" on the neck, (chip at rim), ht. 3 in.
