Shaker Cherry and Birch Candlestand, probably Mount Lebanon, New York, c. 1830, the circular top with beveled edge on a turned tapering post continuing to tripod cabriole leg base ending in pad feet, secured with an iron plate, refinished, (minor imperfections), ht. 24 1/4, dia. 15 1/2 in. top is slightly warped; crack in lower part of shaft; legs may be reglued.
