Art Nouveau blue iridescent art glass vase with gilt portrait of a young beauty, the vase form with typically Bohemian round foot tapering up to a wide cylindrical shaft with bulbous protrusion at top below incurvate neck and flared rim, decorated to body with gilt portrait of a young beauty surrounded by floral and foliate vines, vase with polished pontil. Marked to underside "Loetz Austria". Approximate height 13.5", diameter 5.5". Provenance: From the Estate of Mary L. Haugk, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
