Sterling Three-Piece Child's Set, 1902-07, comprising plate, bowl, and mug, all with cut-card work of various animals amidst leafy branches, including monkey, cockatoo, dog and cat, plate engraved with presentation inscription "Ernest Blaney Dane Jr. 25 October 1905," the bowl with interior cut-card monogram, plate dia. 7 3/8, bowl dia. 4 3/4, mug ht. 2 3/4 in., in fitted Tiffany mahogany and velvet-lined case, approx. 24 troy oz. all withsome wear to surface decoration, and some light nicks/scratches. mug with light rim nicks and a few light dings near base. bowl with light rim nicks and a pinpoint to base rim, and with significant wear to surface decoration. plate with light knife marks. box: upper right corner of velvet needs regluing. a few edge gouges to wood.
