Richard Marshall Merkin (American, b. 1938) Lot of Six Prints: Jack Armstrong, Prince Valiant, Marilyn Monroe, Stepin Fetchit, Popeye, and Lash a Rue. Each signed and dated "Merkin 69" in ink l.r. Color screenprints on paper, sheet sizes 26 x 17 3/4 in. (66.0 x 45.0 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Some with soiling and/or staining. The staining and soiling is minor, but is more prominent to Popeye and Jack. Most of the creases are at the very corners of the sheets, well away from the images.
