Martin Hardie (British, 1875-1952) Lot of Two Views: The Calvary, Concarneau, 1920, edition of 80 (Hardie, 80); and Quimper, 1920, edition of 56 (Hardie, 82). Both signed "Martin Hardie" in ink l.l., the latter inscribed "1st state" in pencil l.l. Etchings with drypoint on paper, plate sizes to 7 1/2 x 11 1/8 in. (19.0 x 28.2 cm), framed. Condition: Subtle toning and rippling, several fox marks, not examined out of frames. Provenance: From the Estates of Mary Ann and Frederick Lippitt, Providence, Rhode Island.
