Seven Piece Towle Sterling "Lafayette" Tea and Coffee Service, early 20th century, comprising vasiform teapot, coffeepot, kettle on stand with burner, creamer, covered sugar and open sugar, with angular handles, lids with pinecone finials, coffeepot ht. 10 1/2, and a large oval tea tray with cut out handles, lg. 26 1/4 in., approx. 252 troy oz. total. Not monogrammed. Good condition, with minor age wear. Tray with typical light surface scratching. Likely lacquered.
