A ladies very fine designer 18k yellow gold and diamond Carved Cable Cuff, the wide central body with diagonal gadrooned pattern flanked to either side by a band of 54 (108 total) natural, bead set, modern round brilliant diamonds (approximately 0.98 carat total weight, color range: G-I, average clarity VS2). The concave interior marked to one end "DY" beside "750" quality mark. Acid tested as 18k yellow gold quality. Approximate width at top 1.625" tapering to 1.125" at bottom. Interior width approximately 2.375", interior height approximately 1.75". Total approximate weight 97 grams.
