Satinwood Veneer Tea Caddy, England, c. 1830, rectangular form with satinwood veneer and crossbanded borders, silver handle and escutcheon, the interior fitted with two removable cannisters with hinged lids and similar veneer and crossbanding, (minor repairs), ht. 5 3/4, wd. 8, dp. 6 in. Unobtrusive repairs. Probably front and rear lid edge stringing has been replaced, several segments of crossbanding replaced.
