Wood and Bone Sailor-Made Inlaid Box, 19th century, rectangular box with hinged lid, the top inlaid with a five-point star in a round reserve flanked by two smaller five-point stars, surround with geometric borders, the front with four inlaid bone panels engraved with British and American flags, shields, leafy branches, a flowering plant, and the name "Nellie Young," heightened with red and blue sealing wax, (losses), ht. 5, wd. 11 3/8, dp. 5 in.
