Hymes Waterbury Ct." on an ebonized wooden shaft, a folk art carved walking stick inscribed "George Hymes Waterbury Conn." and "Out from Camp Bradley Aug 17, 1894," with carved bird head finial, relief carved swimmers, dove, a lion inscribed 'Wallace," a bull dog inscribed "Handsome Dan," and a ballet dancer; a black-painted walking stick with entwined thorny vine; a red-painted cane with a handle carved in the form of a woman's leg, all four mounted on black metal stands, (the gold-topped shaft with crack), ht. 34 3/4, 30 1/2, 36 3/4, 32 1/2 in.
