Set of Eight Grecian Mahogany Carved Dining Chairs, Boston, c. 1815-25, each chair with a tablet top carved with scrolls, leaves and bowknot above a pierced scroll and leaf carved splat flanked by beaded and molded deeply curved stiles continuing on to and along the top of the seat rail terminating with leaves on carved molded saber legs joined to the raking rear legs with paneled seat frame, old surface, (imperfections and repairs), ht. 33, seat ht. 17 in.
