(French and Indian War), Manuscript diary and general orders book, unbound, 8vo, June 26th to July 19th, 1759, in Camp at Halfway Brook and Camp Lake George, twenty-four pages, listing general orders, troop rolls (rejected, dead, not joined), daily notices and naming a plethora of officers, men, and other interesting happenstances, "No wrassling for the future will be allowed of... General Ruggle's Battalion & Lymons Regts. as well as the detachment that marched in with them are to be out tomorrow morning at five o'clock to fire two rounds in the same manner as the others have done," (chipping, some browning and minor losses).
