Handsome three-quarter length portrait of a seated Rosskam, executed in a dark, photographic-like style in a simple gold frame. A reproduction of his signature appears under the image in gold ink. Borders trimmed, old folds prominent, scattered chips; 26 x 40" B-. This poster advertises theatrical producer Charles Rosskam Sr., a theatrical producer and operator of the Chicago Stock Company. His son, Charles A. Rosskam, was a newspaperman and magician.
