A collection of four offset lithographs by Allan Rohan Crite (American, 1910-2007), presented together in a single frame, each signed and dated within matrix "Allan R. Crite 1987". Each print depicting tribal ceremonial scenes, with men and women playing drums and using other percussion instruments. Two prints printed on both sides. Framed approximately 30" x 59.5". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Dr. & Mrs. Calvin Wayne McLarin, Atlanta, Georgia. Note: Crite's work is represented in major museums including the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, museum of Modern Art, New York, Phillips Collection, Washington D.C., Corcoran Gallery, Washington D.C., and Smithsonian Institute, Washington, D.C.
